By using this website you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that organization. The site is for people acting in a business capacity for factoring and specialty finance companies and their advisers. Nothing on it is an offer of credit to anyone.

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own business purposes. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to access any part of the site, or any system connected to it, that you are not authorized to access;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or circumvent any security measure;
• interfere with the site or place an unreasonable load on it, including through automated requests;
• scrape or systematically extract content to build, train or substitute for a competing product;
• remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice.

The site and everything on it, including text, design, graphics, logos, code and their arrangement, is owned by or licensed to FactorFox Software LLC and protected by intellectual property law. FactorEvo and FactorFox are our trade marks. We grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive right to use the site for your own internal business purposes. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything you send us about the product may be used to respond to you and to improve what we build.

The content here is general information about our products and about transportation factoring. It is not legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or credit advice. Descriptions of the platform are general descriptions, not a specification, and they do not add to any warranty in a written agreement. Example briefings, figures and names shown in product illustrations are fictional. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars. This section does not apply to any written agreement for use of the platform, which has its own provisions.

Links to sites operated by others, including our scheduling page and booksellers, are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. You may link to any page on this site in a way that is fair and lawful and does not suggest an endorsement that does not exist.

We may amend these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We may withdraw your right to use the site if you breach these terms, and the sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this site. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
